Following the completion of his BSc Marketing degree at Lancaster University, Marc began his career in retail management and swiftly progressed to manage the flagship store in Bristol. However, in 2010, Marc discovered a new passion within financial services and joined a prominent high street bank, where he fostered strong client relationships with a focus on delivering exceptional customer outcomes.
Marc continued to advance his career by transitioning into Financial Services administration and steadily rose to the role of Paraplanner. He is currently pursuing his CII Level 4 diploma and has successfully completed the RO1, RO2, RO3, and RO5 exams, with plans to further expand his financial services knowledge through ongoing study.
With over 16 years of experience in the financial services industry, Marc possesses extensive expertise across a broad range of financial products and has honed exceptional administration and report writing skills.
Drawing from his comprehensive financial services knowledge and previous managerial experience, Marc has successfully restructured, organised, and managed the paraplanning team at his previous company. He now joins us as the Admin and Paraplanning Manager, eager to leverage his skills in his new role.
Marc has also developed strong management and organisational capabilities while raising his large family of five children. These experiences have equipped him to effectively coordinate, direct, and lead teams with efficiency and proficiency.
Outside of work, Marc enjoys spending quality time with his wife and youngest daughter, often exploring the many National Trust houses and gardens. While not an avid gardener himself, he is gradually learning to distinguish between weeds and plants under the expert guidance of his wife.
