Jack began his journey at Medical and General in February 2023, taking on the role of Administrator, marking his initiation into the financial services industry. He appreciates the hands-on approach within the organisation, prioritising outcomes for clients.
Over the past year, Jack pursued studies through the Chartered Insurance Institute, completing qualifications in R01 and LP2 and earning a certificate in financial services. These endeavours have deepened his understanding of industry regulations, legislation, and the array of products managed daily. Jack believes this academic pursuit has also sharpened his critical thinking skills, indispensable in his role. His aspiration is to persist in his studies, further expanding his knowledge base.
Outside of work, Jack finds enjoyment in supporting his local football team, Exeter City, at home and away fixtures. He's also an avid darts enthusiast, striving to maintain a respectable level of play. These hobbies afford him regular opportunities to connect with friends, a cherished aspect of his life.
